Summer is ending…for most cities. It’s still hot and humid in Houston, and we are still starting early to beat the heat! (As much as we can, anyway)
Join us for a fun morning workout. Although there is some running, please do not expect to get a long run in through this workout! It is running-based. Collectively, you’ll potentially get 2-3 miles in, max.
Bring a towel. Bring water. Sunscreen is probably a good option too.
If you are allergic to grass, bring a mat!
Most importantly, bring your friends, sisters, mothers, daughters, any woman in your life! All fitness levels welcome. All ages welcome. Doggos especially welcome.
