Kelly Roberts pioneered pace inclusivity, founded the Sports Bra Squad body resilience movement, and made running funnier, more inclusive, and infinitely more welcoming. Since 2016, 1,000+ women train with us every year because they know they belong here — not despite their pace, but exactly as they are.

Who Built This

Kelly used to hate running. But post-college, grieving her brother, living through a quarter life “What was I thinking getting an undergraduate degree in theater…How am I going to pay off my student loans” crisis, running became an unlikely path forward. What started as a way to put one foot in front of the other became a mission to change how women experience the sport.

As one of the first running influencers, Kelly didn't just follow trends — she created them. She pioneered trends, founded the Sports Bra Squad body resilience movement, and proved that running could be fun, inclusive, and empowering for everyday women.
