Our 10-mile and 15K running plans come in 4 different levels to suit your particular capabilities and needs. Which level is right for you? It all depends on how many running days you want to take on. (NOTE: More running days aren’t always better. How many days are you currently running? Start there. Then, check in with your schedule to see how many days you can devote to running, and ask yourself how many running days feel good in your body.)  12-weeks is all you need to cross the finish line feeling like a badass!
