  • Cassie Nevins

    Ultra Marathon + Trail Running Specialist Cassie is a UESCA and RRCA-certified running coach, NASM personal trainer, and a US Marine Corps veteran with over a decade of experience in ultra and trail racing. Her approach is rooted in whole-person coaching, combining mental health support, goal-setting, mindfulness, and stress reduction. If you're training for an ultra or looking for a holistic, grounded approach—Cassie’s your coach.

  • Morgan Mowers

    Running Coach + Physical Therapist Morgan is a DPT and certified running coach with 8+ years of experience working with athletes of all levels. A specialist in pelvic health and women’s running, she helps athletes train smarter, prevent injury, and come back stronger. Whether you’re returning postpartum, aiming for a PR, or just getting started, Morgan brings both empathy and expertise to your coaching.

How It Works

Onboarding Consultation

After signing up, you’ll schedule a 1:1 call with your coach. Together, you’ll talk through your running history, current life schedule, and goals. Your coach will walk you through the first steps of your personalized training plan.

Weekly or Monthly Coach Calls

Check in regularly to talk about how training is going, what needs adjusting, how your body’s feeling, and how your mind’s doing. Calls can include mental game coaching, pep talks, pacing strategy, and more.

Custom Training Plan

Your coach will build a plan just for you—designed around your schedule, preferences, goals, and energy levels. You’ll adjust the plan together as needed so training fits into your life (not the other way around).

Support Between Calls

You have unlimited email access to your coach between calls. Ask questions, celebrate wins, troubleshoot roadblocks, or share post-run thoughts.

Weekly Training Schedule

Your workouts, cross-training, and rest days are uploaded into Final Surge. Sync your watch or enter workouts manually. Your coach will monitor your progress and update your plan as you go.
