Looking for a 10K plan? Find your stride with the support of other badasses like yourself. Our 8 & 12-week 10K running plans offer everyone from brand new runners to runners looking to PR their 10K the confidence and endurance to find their personal best and revel in every minute of it. 

Our 10K running plans come in 4 different levels that correspond to how much you want to run every week. Level 1 comes in both 8 & 12-week options while levels 2, 3 & 4 are 8 weeks long. (We purposefully don’t offer beginner, intermediate and advanced plans. We named them Levels 1-4 because we want you to pick the plan that fits your life. How many days you can devote to running and training? Not everyone feels good running back-to-back running days or three days in a row. That’s ok! Pick the level that you can fit into your schedule. They’re all challenging. Running is hard.)
