Our half marathon running plans are customized to your fitness level, your schedule, and what feels good in your body. We offer 4 different levels that correspond to how much you want to run every week — pick the plan that fits your life, not the other way around.
Why We Don't Use "Beginner," "Intermediate," "Advanced":
We named our plans Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4 because we want you to pick the plan that works for your schedule. How many days you can devote to running and training, and what feels good in your body is what matters most. Not everyone feels good running back-to-back days or three days in a row. That's okay. Pick the level that fits your life.
