Our running plans were designed with everyday badass athletes in mind. We know what it feels like to struggle. We know what it feels like to think that you’re doing everything wrong or that you’re struggling more than everyone else. Our half marathon running plans come with a flexible plan, strength training videos by coach Amanda to prevent injuries and help you feel better on the run, and notes from Coach Kelly to help you develop your mental game. 

Our 10-mile and 15K running plans come in 3 different levels: Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4. The level that’s right for you depends on how many running days you want to take on. (Remember: More running days aren’t always better. Check-in with your schedule to see how many days you can actually devote to running. Even though we may want to run 4 or 5, 3 may be more realistic. That’s ok! We’re here to help you feel good about what you have to give. Not shame you because you aren’t a super-person with infinite time to do everything perfectly.)
