We know how scary it is to run a marathon. We know how huge of an undertaking it is to spend 16 or 20 weeks training for 26.2. 

Our marathon running plans are designed for everyone from slow runners, and beginner runners, to runners looking to PR their marathon. Regardless of where you are right now, we’re going to spend the next few months helping you build the strength and confidence you need to chase down your personal best effort on marathon day.

Our marathon running plans come in 4 different levels that correspond to how much you want to run every week. Level 1 comes in 16 & 20-week-long options just in case you need a bit more time to build your base before running your marathon. Levels 2, 3, and 4 are 16 weeks long and are designed to help you stay flexible with your schedule throughout training.

There is a reason we don’t name our running plans beginner, intermediate, and advanced. We named our running plans Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4 because we want you to pick the plan that will fit your schedule. How many days you can devote to running and training, and what feels good in your body is what matters most. Not everyone feels good running back-to-back running days or three days in a row. That’s ok! Pick the level that you can fit into your schedule.
